We keep that anonymous data into a separate, encrypted, DB silo for each customer.
We do not collect new data ourselves — we combine what a company has already collected from their customers but is currently stored separately (CRM vs accounting software is a very common example) into meaningful insights.
We don't ingest data as is. We engineered our ETL to make the data anonymous from the beginning: we don't keep real names, transaction numbers, credit cards, etc., So "John Smith" becomes "UserABC".
Read-only access to your data.
We don't serve that data to the reporting system, only the resulting analysis.
